Ingredient:
  • 100 grams fresh lettuce
  • 100 grams fresh tomato
  • 100 grams fresh cucumber
  • 100 grams carrot
  • 100 grams potatoes
  • 100 grams sprout
  • 100 grams long bean
  • 100 grams cabbage
  • 150 grams tempe
  • 150 grams tofu
  • 3 boiled egg (peeled and split)
  • Prawn crackers
  • Melinjo crackers
  • Fried Onion

Ground Spices:
  • 250 grams fried peanuts
  • 7 big cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 10 red chili (optional)
  • 3 spoon tamarind extract
  • 60 grams brown sugar
  • Salt as seasoning
  • 100 ml boiled water
  • 500 ml Coconut milk
  • Vegetable Oil

Steps:
  • Peeled and clean wash lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, piece as you want
  • Peeled and piece into little cube carrot, potatoes, sprout, long bean and cabbage steam it around 15 minutes
  • Piece into cube tempe and tofu add salt as seasoning and fried it till golden brown, drain it
  • Mashed Fried peanuts, garlic, coriander powder, red chili, brown sugar, and salt
  • Add tamarind extract also boiled water, make sure that it is mixed well
  • Heat the vegetable oil with medium heat, add the ground spices and stir till the water reduce
  • Add coconut milk into spices still till reduce well around 10 minutes
  • Mix all fresh vegetable, steam vegetable, piece of boiled eggs, fried tempe and tofu than add the peanuts sauce
  • Add prawn crackers, melinjo crackers also fried onion
  • Gado-gado is ready to serve
